Briar Chapel is served by a private utility sewer system owned by Old North State Water Company and operated by IntegraWater.  This system generates the reclaimed water that is used to irrigate the common spaces.  Just as with the public utilities that provide gas and electric services, this is a company independent of ownership or control by Briar Chapel. For more information go to Utilities Serving Briar Chapel.
